Empathic
I use well developed person-centered active-listening skills. This allows clients to be safely heard and understood. Problems to be addressed are clarified and opportunities to heal are developed. I maintain a state of Mindfulness and Loving Presence in order to assist clients in their own Self Discovery.
Intuitive
I use natural and developed abilities to read and interpret information that is not being consciously transmitted. I help clients to clarify and reorient themselves to a place of healing and wholeness.

- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Non-Violent Communication (NVC)
